Condor Commercial was founded by Jeff Selick on the premise of superior representation and negotiation. Mr.
Selick began his career in commercial real estate in 1989 as a Portfolio
Manager for Liberty Home Equity. After six years and achieving the position of
Director, Investment Management, he left in 1995 to start his own Consulting
and Property management firm, Integ Realty. At Integ, he managed a $50 million
commercial property portfolio and oversaw all aspects of clients’ needs,
including negotiating sales, performing due diligence activities, comprehensive
financial modeling, property renovation, and all facets of leasing management.
After selling Integ in 2000, Mr. Selick moved to New York and secured a position as Chief Operating Officer of Moving.com, eventually structuring and negotiating a very profitable multi-million dollar buy-out by Monster.com in 2003. After integrating Moving.com into Monster.com, Mr. Selick then returned to Los Angeles, where he consulted on real estate purchases for private clients until he joined Marcus and Millichap in 2007. During his two years there he successfully brokered numerous transactions, but always the entrepreneur, he again struck out on his own and founded Condor Commercial Real Estate in 2009.
As a licensed California Real Estate Broker and founder of Condor Commercial, he is very excited about using his 20 years of commercial real estate experience and contacts in the investment community, as well as his background in financial analysis, new media and technology to provide his clients with the highest level of brokerage service available.
Mr. Selick holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Analysis from the University of Southern California and a MBA in Management of New Media and Technology from New York University.
